Trend Setting Fall 2017 Jackets

Back in July we forecasted what statement jackets we were all going to love to rock fall long; as the trends start to roll out after NYFW we are excited to add a few more styles to our lists of must haves this FW17. If a fierce fur coat is a little too bold for you and a basic denim jacket is too bland, then we have two great options for you to consider.

For her

Just like camouflage, the trench coat was designed for the military and as time has passed it has become a staple piece in many fashionista’s closets. Although we love the classic khaki color it’s time for a revamp so we are excited to bring to you the Modern Trench Coat. For a classic shape Young Versace military green trench coat is simply to die for. The rich green color is matched with a popping multi colored belt with the iconic medusa head clasp. All the simple details like the medusa head snap buttons, chest storm flap, and unique colorful lining all come together to create a work of art. For a more formal look we love how Armani Junior added an adorable long pleated hem to the bottom of their navy trench coat. This look is girly and sophisticated as she will look beyond adorable in this fancy coat this fall. Last but certainly not least we have the perfect rainy day trench coat also from Armani Junior. Made from a translucent, water proof material with a fun starfish pattern that shows hints of her outfit underneath. This jacket is so versatile and will match any outfit as it keeps her dry on rainy days.

For him

Another classic style that designers have adopted and added their own personal touches to is the timeless peacoat. Boys look so handsome and charming in this look and we love the personalized details each designer have created. Made from a soft wool, Armani Junior navy blue peacoat is going to be his go to when wanting to feel upscale and professional. Double breasted with two side pocket this piece will become a staple piece in his wardrobe. Karl Lagerfeld’s black ‘Wild Block’ toggle coat is made from a warm wool for those extra cold fall days into the winter with a unique logo toggle and loop closure that covers a chunky zip closure. Also featuring 2 decorative pockets with faux leather trim and a silky smooth Karl image pattern lining for a cool guy style. This next piece is actually a blazer made from wool so it is not a peacoat per say but it exemplifies the same look making it a one of a kind blazer. with a black velvet storm flap patch and a unique 3 button closure there are so many little details all put together with gorgeous craftsmanship. Throw this blazer on with a pair of jeans and your favorite shirt for a casual style.
